Pen is made with Paper Mate Ink Joy Gel Pens (0.7mm) and all come with BLACK ink. The pens are refillable, so don’t throw them away!

• Pens are made to order, and no two pens are exactly alike. I do try to make them as perfect as possible, but since they are handmade, please excuse any slight imperfections.

• Turnaround time is currently 2-3 Days. Pens will ship out sooner if possible.
• If your order is shown as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office.

Refunds or are only accepted for Items that are not Personalized or made as a Custom order. I aim to ship within 24 hours always, so if you’ve placed an order that is custom or personalized, please reach out to me within 1 hour after your order is placed so that I can refund with no loss for customer and business.
