Processing time
All orders are processed with 2- 5 business days.
Packages are shipping Monday-Friday, cut off time for express orders is 2 pm.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses use the same standard USPS shipment times. Shipment includes confirmation and order tracking.
Custom, duties, and taxes
MAG Expressions & Design is not responsible for any taxes or customs applied to your order. All imposed fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
MAG Expression’s & Design is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support directly to file a claim. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
